Eine gr\u00fcndliche Anamnese der Patientin ist immer sinnvoll.<\/p><p>Gyn\u00e4kologische Untersuchung: Vollst\u00e4ndige Untersuchung, bei der Vulva, Vagina und Geb\u00e4rmutterhals untersucht werden. F\u00fcr die Untersuchung des Geb\u00e4rmutterhalses verwenden wir das Kolposkop und beurteilen sein Aussehen mit Lugol-F\u00e4rbung.<\/p><p><b>Zytologie:<\/b> Wir f\u00fchren eine dreifache zerviko-vaginale Zytologie zur hormonellen, mikrobiologischen und morphologischen Beurteilung der Zellen des Geb\u00e4rmutterhalses, des Endozervikalkanals und des Vaginalfundus durch.<\/p><p><b>Fr\u00fcherkennung von Geb\u00e4rmutterhalskrebs:<\/b> Nach einer vaginalen Zytologie des Geb\u00e4rmutterhalses k\u00f6nnen wir je nach Ergebnis eine HPV-Typisierung durchf\u00fchren, bei der eine Vaginalprobe entnommen und der \"Typ\" des humanen Papillomavirus (HPV) bestimmt wird. Es ist sehr wichtig, den \"Typ oder die Nummer\" zu identifizieren und zu kennen, da er direkt mit Geb\u00e4rmutterhalskrebs zusammenh\u00e4ngt und durch sexuellen Kontakt \u00fcbertragen wird.
