Tener una basta informaci\u00f3n de la paciente siempre es \u00fatil.<\/p><p>La exploraci\u00f3n ginecol\u00f3gica: Exploraci\u00f3n completa, examinando vulva, vagina y cuello uterino. Para el estudio de este \u00faltimo empleamos el colposcopio, y valoramos su aspecto empleando tinci\u00f3n con lugol.<\/p><p><b>Citolog\u00eda:<\/b> Realizamos la triple toma de citolog\u00eda c\u00e9rvico vaginal, para la valoraci\u00f3n hormonal, microbiol\u00f3gica y morfol\u00f3gica de las c\u00e9lulas del cuello uterino, canal endocervical y fondo vaginal.<\/p><p><b>Diagn\u00f3stico precoz del c\u00e1ncer de cuello uterino:<\/b> Tras la realizaci\u00f3n de la citolog\u00eda c\u00e9rvico vaginal, y en funci\u00f3n del resultado de esta, podemos realizar el Tipaje HPV, que se hace mediante una toma de una muestra vaginal donde se identifica \u201cel tipo\u201d de Virus del papiloma humano (HPV). Es muy importante su identificaci\u00f3n y conocer \u201cel tipo o n\u00famero\u201d ya que est\u00e1 directamente relacionado con el c\u00e1ncer de cuello, y se trasmite por contacto sexual. Es muy importante su prevenci\u00f3n mediante la vacuna.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section ecograf\u00eda de alta resoluci\u00f3n, para la valoraci\u00f3n del \u00fatero, ovarios, parametrios, fondo de saco de Douglas, y aplicamos el Doppler color para la valoraci\u00f3n de los vasos \u00fatero ov\u00e1ricos, y evaluar los flujos a ese nivel. Esta ecograf\u00eda se podr\u00e1 realizar por v\u00eda vaginal y\/o abdominal.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Exploraci\u00f3n mamaria:<\/strong> La exploraci\u00f3n mamaria consiste en una inspecci\u00f3n y palpaci\u00f3n de ambas mamas, axilas, pezones y se descarta la presencia de secreciones.<\/p><p>En caso necesario se prescribe o recomienda la realizaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>estudio mamogr\u00e1fico<\/strong>\u00a0y \/ o\u00a0<strong>ecograf\u00eda mamaria,<\/strong>\u00a0en funci\u00f3n de la edad y de los hallazgos apreciados.<\/p><p>Ante exploraciones negativas, y seg\u00fan la edad y antecedentes se solicitan las mamograf\u00edas y \/ o ecograf\u00edas mamarias, como exploraci\u00f3n complementaria para la detecci\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer de mama.<\/p><p><b>Control de embarazo<\/b>: El control del embarazo se debe iniciar en cuanto la mujer sospecha estar embarazada, y finaliza con el parto.\u00a0Los controles que se realizan a la embarazada son de varios tipos, peso, tensi\u00f3n arterial, an\u00e1lisis de sangre y orina, y controles ecogr\u00e1ficos.<\/p><p>Su periodicidad debe ser mensual, se controla peso, tensi\u00f3n arterial, an\u00e1lisis de sangre y orina, y controles ecogr\u00e1ficos.<\/p><p>En todas las visitas en las que la paciente acude a nuestro centro, realizamos\u00a0<strong>ecograf\u00eda de alta resoluci\u00f3n con Doppler color,<\/strong>\u00a0si bien en funci\u00f3n de la semana que se trate, la ecograf\u00eda tiene un fin espec\u00edfico seg\u00fan la semana de gestaci\u00f3n, aunque en todas ellas se realiza una evaluaci\u00f3n global del feto, as\u00ed como su situaci\u00f3n, presentaci\u00f3n y posici\u00f3n.
